About Baba Beach Club
Baba Beach Hua Hin is a 5-star luxury beachfront property by Phuket’s famous Sri panwa resort. It combines classic Colonial style with modern design elements, and houses 18 beachfront suites, 17 luxury pool villas, as well as 47 ocean view suits and a grand penthouse.
Being located on a pristine beach between Cha-am and Hua Hin means guests have direct access to sandy shores and beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Thailand. No wonder this is a popular weekend getaway destination so well-liked by Bangkok residents!
Getting Here
Hua Hin is located two to three hours away from Bangkok by car depending on traffic.
My boyfriend and I ordered a taxi via Hua Hin Cab and we were picked up from our Bangkok hotel in a spacious SUV vehicle then dropped off directly at Baba Beach. The ride cost 2,000 baht, which is around $57 USD or $77 CAD, and is extremely affordable.
Check-In
As mentioned above, check-in begins at 3:00PM. Like most hotels, early check-in is never guaranteed and depends on the availability of your room.
Beachfront Pool Suite (Ground Floor)
I have never stayed at a property where I didn’t know which room to book – because they are all so stylish and have such breathtaking ocean views!
After much contemplation, my boyfriend and I decided on two nights in the Beachfront Pool Suite. This 1,022 square-foot unit comprises of one extra-large double bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, a relaxing outdoor terrace, and a private pool with jacuzzi jet streams.
The higher floor pool suites were unfortunately sold out during our stay and while I did enjoy the lush jungle vibes of our garden pool, higher floor Beachfront Pool Suites do get much better views of the waters.
Baba Soul Food
Breakfast is complimentary and takes place at Baba Soul Food every morning.
The meal is buffet style and each guest can choose one made-to-order egg dish.
Cool Spa
You can’t leave Thailand without trying traditional Thai massage.
Cool Spa by Sri panwa is an award-winning spa voted among the top ten spa destinations.
It has now been replicated at Baba Beach Club Hua Hin and its Signature Full Body Massage is a must-try!

Overall, if you are looking for a fun weekend staycation by the beach, I highly recommend Baba Beach. If you wish to explore more of Hua Hin, just know that Baba is a bit of a drive to major tourist attraction sights. Not to mention, Grab and taxis also take awhile to come by. That said, I definitely suggest renting a car or scooter so you have more flexibility.
Hope this inspires you to treat yourself to a Hua Hin vacation at Baba Beach Club. Check here for availability and book your stay today!
