Ahem, first and foremost, I gotta admit… I only read the first few books (and I read them in Chinese back when my English was still terrible). But I did watch all of the movies (in English of course), and each of them for more than once. My mom and I even do the occasional Harry Potter marathon every now and then (props to Mama Chen!).

It was fairly easy to get to, but it did take around an hour or so. We had to transfer from the Tube to the National Rail. Then at Watford Junction, we got off and hopped on the exclusive shuttle bus that was offered by the Studio Tour, at an additional cost of £2 ($3.60), roundtrip.

With pounding hearts, we queued up to enter the exhibition space. (Be prepared for endless photos!!!)

Can’t say you’ve experienced a Harry Potter tour until you’ve had the butterbeer!
We’d eventually found ourselves at the butterbeer booth, but do not be fooled by its name – butterbeer – because this simply tasted like a cream soda with some butterscotch-like foam on top. It was delicious, but would’ve been even better if it contained actual traces of malt.

Apart from sharing my photos, I really can’t say much of anything else other than this whole tour was nothing less of amazing.
I apologize for the lack of words in this post, but it’s just one of those things that if you like Harry Potter, you gotta experience it for yourself. It’s like you can’t describe what it feels like to ride a roller coaster, you gotta let that person enjoy the ride themselves.
All I can say is it was a breathtaking experience and for any die-hard Harry Potter fans out there, this is a must go-to for you!
It’s so amazing there!! I really want to go back as they’ve added some things since I visited. Plus I need to get better photos! Yours are amazing!
Aww thank you so much Clazz!! Take me with you when you go back!!! I’ve been wanting to revisit London for some time now. Have a great weekend dear <3
The Harry Potter tour would be the ultimate dream trip for my 10-year old niece. I can actually imagine all her excitement at the very mention of this tour. She literally lives Harry Potter. I’m going to be her favorite aunt forever after I make this recommendation to her parents!
